Do I need to be there for the home inspection?
You are certainly welcome to come to the home inspection. You can be present for the whole inspection or you can arrive toward the end of the inspection to review the inspector's findings. Just keep in mind that looking for problems with the home requires the inspector's full attention so keep distractions to a minimum.
